BBQ King Prawns

Fresh and vibrant, these BBQ king prawns are packed with garlic, chilli and citrusy warmth, then lightly charred on the barbecue for the perfect smoky finish. Simple ingredients, bold flavour, and ready in minutes.
Ingredients
1kg King prawns
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 small chilli, finely chopped
1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
2 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
Method
In a bowl, combine the garlic, chilli, ginger, coriander, lemon pepper and EVOO.
Add the king prawns and toss well to coat.
Allow to marinate for a minimum of 15–30 minutes.
Heat the BBQ to medium-high heat.
Cook the prawns for 2–3 minutes each side, or until lightly charred and cooked through.
Serve immediately with fresh lemon and extra coriander if desired.
