Raspberry & White Chocolate Protein Bliss Balls 🍓🤍

These little bites are packed with flavour and make the perfect high-protein treat. They’re easy to make, naturally sweetened, and look beautiful drizzled with white chocolate.


What You Need

* 1 cup almond flour

* 60g freeze-dried raspberries

* 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

* 2 tbsp milk

* 2 tbsp maple syrup


Optional Drizzle


* 50g white chocolate, melted

* 1 tsp pistachio spread


Optional Toppings


* Freeze-dried raspberries

* Soy protein crisps


Method


1. Add the almond flour, freeze-dried raspberries, protein powder, milk, and maple syrup to a food processor.

2. Process until the mixture comes together and can be rolled into balls. If it’s a little dry, add a splash more milk.

3. Roll into bite-sized balls and place onto a lined tray.

4. Chill in the fridge for 20–30 minutes.


For the Drizzle


1. Melt the white chocolate and stir through the pistachio spread until smooth.

2. Drizzle generously over the chilled bliss balls.

3. Decorate with extra freeze-dried raspberries and soy protein crisps if desired.

4. Return to the fridge until the chocolate has set.


✨ Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
